That’s right, I said it. You don’t have to do anything to overcome chronic pain. You don’t have to do yoga, do visits to every practitioner under the sun, do elaborate diets, etc.
How can I say this? It’s because the answer to chronic pain and chronic functional symptoms is the brain, not the body. Relief will come from retraining your brain. It takes consistency and commitment, but you can do it!
