Yoga-Influenced Movement For Chronic Pain: Breathing

This is the first of several yoga-based videos for those emerging from chronic pain. This series assumes you have solved most of your chronic pain using either my home programs (links below), or using some other means. I’ve found there is a lack of cautious transitioning for people wanting to return to a pain-free lifestyle and I hope these videos will help those who might be nervous about how to build their strength, range of motion, balance and body awareness after solving pain. There will be three levels of these sessions. Each level will have more than one series of exercises to slowly build confidence and capability. I hope you enjoy!
