When do you seek treatment for common medical issues?

I have had ear pain, popping, clicking, and fullness for a few days accompanied by occasional headaches. Normally its caused by my allergies but my allergies haven’t affected me much this year. No fevers (yet).

Ive been taking Zyrtec (daily since February), Flonase, and Advil and find minimal relief. Typically I’d allow these things to go for a little while before addressing them but with the possible weakened immune system component, I don’t know if I should.

Telemedicine visit or wait it out 🤔

Update: I caved and used telemedicine. They said probably not ETD – more likely ear infection.
