In this video I talk about my thoughts and feelings on using diet as a way of treating or managing chronic health issues such as chronic pain, anxiety, depression or autoimmune disease. I also talk about how fear creates the sense of need for control and how control, obsession and distraction all play into anxiety and chronic illness.
