The brain fog is so hard to work with…
Beyond the basics of making lots of notes and saying things out loud, I’ve ended up having a lot of success with changing my diet. I follow an anti inflammatory meal plan and take a few supplements that have been game changers (fish oil, CoQ10, B12).
CRPS since 2009. I started making the diet changes in October last year, and my memory has gotten so much better!
I also do stretches that support the vagus nerve. Lots of pieces to this crazy puzzle…
