Ice Cup Massage for Pain – Gymnast Pain Relief

Do your gymnasts have pain after a tough workout? Are they currently injured with Sever’s Disease, Osgood Schlater’s, Patella Femoral Pain, Gymnast’s Wrist, or some other issue that is causing symptoms?

Try this icing technique to help reduce pain.

I recommend icing for 8 minutes if it feels okay. If you have an allergy to ice, this is not for you (Raynaud’s Disease).
