For most, December is the month of joy but for me, it was anything but that. The complete opposite actually.
In todays video I’m sharing my story about how living with chronic pain has taken over my life.
I’m sharing the struggles I’ve faced trying to get answers and the toll it’s taken on my mental health.
I truely believe as mums it’s almost an unspoken law that we forget ourselves however I’m exhausted and finally fighting for me.
