This patient had Severe neuropathic pain along the right leg for a few years .
Complaints of severe burning pain, difficulty in doing daily activities and also suicidal thoughts due to Pain.
She underwent treatment for the same in multiple premium institutes but there was no relief from her pain.
Treatment plan – Hydrodissection of Saphenous nerve in adductor canal under Ultrasound guidance using 5% Dextrose solution 10ml
Immediate post procedure she had good pain relief of more than 80%.
