First night of dropping things

I’m unsure if this is CRPS, my nerve damage, or medication related.

I’m on 100mg of Amitriptyline and 1600mg of gabapentin. The only side effect has been dry mouth.

Tonight, I did a bunch of typing for school work. My wrist and hand are not too happy with me for it. Afterwards, I began dropping things. It’s almost as if my arm is giving out. I’m having increased pain tonight, but it may also be from the rain too.

I’m pretty frustrated. Is one culprit more than likely than another?
