Fibro Friday | Three Things I’ll Do For Chronic Pain & Allodynia In The Colder Seasons

Here are three things I’ll be doing to help prevent pain in colder seasons.
1. Invest in better textures – this helps with allodynia (pain that comes from touching or feeling certain textures)
2. More massages – helps with muscular pain and mobility.
3. Restock my flare kit – replenish everything that I’ve used up over the past few months so that I’m ready if I have a flare.
