When living with chronic pain, flare-ups of pain can often happen, sometimes without a clear cause! Flare-up planning is important to do before the flare-up itself. This will allow things on the plan (eg. batch cooking) to take place, making the flare-up slightly easier. It’s also important that people with chronic pain communicate their needs with people around them so they know how to support during the flare-up.
