This is something that doesn’t get a lot of press. Too many people have been told their chronic episodes of throwing out their back is another disc issue like a bulge or a herniation. While that can occur, my experience has led me to questions this, because we are seeing major improvements when we are treating the cluneal nerves (when the physical exam supports this and imaging rules out anything of major significance).
