Chronic Pain Meditation with Guided Imagery

One of the things I learned in an intensive physical therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy program was how to meditate despite hurting. It was difficult and took weeks to get down without feeling frustrated, but once I got accustomed to it and found my rhythm, my anxiety went down, my pain was easier to deal with, and I slept better. I wanted to share this in the hopes that it might help someone else, too.
