Chronic Pain is Localized Drought

Dr. Batmanghelidj proved that chronic pain in the body is most often a signal of localized drought.
.
In other words, when part of your body is devoid of enough hydration, it can’t signal you with dry mouth and thirst the way that your digestive tract can. So, it acts out to get your attention with pain.
.
Is that any surprise, considering that 999 out of every 1000 molecules in your body is a water molecule?
.
When an area of your body is suffering from thirst, a.k.a. localized drought, the facia becomes dry and knotted in that area. The cells can’t transfer signals effectively. And the lymph isn’t able to wash away detoxifying fluid. The result is acidification and inflammation – both of which are often painful symptoms of the fundamental issue – dehydration.
.
Therapies such as massage can loosen the fascia (80% structured water 20% protein, a hydraulic network that irrigates each cell with water) which is helpful! A loosened web helps conduct more water, but doesn’t address the core dehydration.
.
Lymphatic treatments can help with water flow. Red light therapy can help with structuring (hydrating) the biowater in that drought-stricken region of the body (be it shoulder, knee, or wherever is in pain). But they dont fully address the core issue of chronic dehydration.
.
According to Zach bush, 100% of the population is dehydrated. And we are living in a desert without realizing it because the modern lifestyle is perpetually drying us out.
