This is a diagnostic laparoscopy done on a 20 YO male for chronic pain in lower right abdomen.
No past medical History
CRP, WBC was normal
Numerous Ultrasounds and CT scan was normal
Due to the obstinacy of the pain a diagnostic laparoscopy was decided
Three tracars was used: 10mm Umbilicus , 5mm Epigastric, 5mm Suprapubic.
The appendix was removed due to its aspect.
