Start on your hands and knees, with your wrists directly under your shoulders and knees under your hips.
Inhale as you arch your back, lifting your head and tailbone towards the ceiling (Cow Pose).
Exhale as you round your spine, tucking your chin and tailbone (Cat Pose).
Repeat this motion for 1-2 minutes, focusing on your breath.

Exercise 3: Hip Flexor Stretch

Kneel on one knee with the other foot in front, forming a 90-degree angle.
Gently push your hips forward while keeping your upper body upright.
You should feel a stretch in the front of your hip on the kneeling leg.
Hold for 15-20 seconds, then switch legs.
Repeat this stretch 2-3 times on each side to relieve hip tension.
